Fiona & Stjarna, Easter 2009
Stjarna was born in 2001, a daughter of Stefnir frá Sandhólaferju who has so many good offspring in the UK.
She was bred by Andrea Stauffer, started by Smári and then Hestakauped with Elding as a five year old and came to live with us.
Stjarna has the nicest temperament it’s possible for a horse to have, she’s a really affectionate girl and lovely to have around the place. In 2008 we bred a nice colt foal (Vinur) from her by Fi’s stallion Breki vom Schloß Neubronn who has inherited his mother’s wonderful temperament and she is currently in foal to Mike’s stallion Hávarður frá Hávarðarkoti, due May 2010.
